ACCEPT EXTERNAL CONDITIONS WITHOUT EVALUATION.
It is very much important to accept all the prevailing external conditions without any evaluation. As a matter of fact, the situation we face is always beyond our control. Hence, our endeavor to change them is a futile exercise. So, it is prudent to accept them unconditionally rather than to confront them.
CONFRONTATION LEADS TOWARDS UNSATISFACTORINESS.
Whenever we face favorable conditions we desire to grab them. On the other hand, we wish to get rid off of unfavorable ones. No doubt, both of them have the nature of change. Everything has the tendency of impermanence then what is a point in confronting external circumstances. It is always better to accept them joyfully without any likes or dislikes. Certainly, non-acceptance would lead us towards unsatisfactoriness.
DEVELOP ATTITUDE OF LET GO
We can develop the attitude of let go. Thus, we develop a sense of non-attachment to external objects. By practicing letting go we are able to be attentive and aware. Obviously, there would not be any adverse mental reactions to good or bad.
BE CONSCIOUS EVERY MOMENT
To be conscious at every moment is a complete natural mental state. In this state, nothing like thoughts or emotions are created. All the external conditions are accepted without any hitch. Hence the thought process of self is transformed into non-self. thus the ego representing ‘I’, ‘Me’ ‘Mine’, ‘Me’ get dissolved.
PERCEPTIONS BLOCK THE MIND
Mental perceptions adversely affect our thought process leading to mind blockage. Every human being is capable of transcending miseries by avoiding reactionary perceptions. Thus, this unconditioned and uncreated thoughts would lead us towards peace and loving-kindness.
This is a natural and complete state of every human mind. It allows everyone a way to escape from the conditioned mindset.
Certainly, by practicing this approach of non-attachment we will accept all situations without any evaluations.
