Every bit of THE WORLDLY PHENOMENON BELONG TO NATURE. It has a nature of constant change. Therefore, it is prudent that we avoid the mental stress. Nothing in this world is permanent. Our body, all the belongings, mental feelings, and the thought process are constantly changing.

EVERY PHENOMENON BELONG TO NATURE

Everything, including our body, belongs to nature. We form the wrong view by accepting our body as self. Whereas, it is a formation of five elements of nature only. In order to know about who am I, it is required to ascertain the who I am not. We may analyze it in the following manner:-

1. Does the body is me?

2. Whether any of the body parts is me?

3. Likewise, we may contemplate our mental feelings, formations, perceptions, and beliefs.

Naturally, the answer to every question would be in negative. Therefore, it is required that we develop a right view to move ahead towards the attainment of mental peace.

CHANGES ARE NATURAL

Since our birth, we are moving towards death. During this journey, it is certainly get affected by disease and old age. Likewise, the other things too have the nature of change.

DESIRE OF PERMANENCE CAUSES SUFFERING

All of the human beings have a desire to keep their body and other belongings permanently. As a result, we experience frustration, stress, and unsatisfactoriness. To avoid mental stress we shall observe our mental feelings as a witness without any like or dislike.

STRESS IS NOT NATURAL

Nowadays all of us accept the mental stress as a normal way of life. In order to be a successful person, we believe that the stress is a must. But it is a wrong perception. Actually, the stress is leading our mental feelings towards suffering. We shall perform our every task by keeping the stress aside.

Actually, the stressful life deteriorates the functioning of our entire body organs. Our heart, the system of respiration, digestive functions, liver, and kidney etc. are get affected.

Certainly, it is a cause of suffering. It may be normal but not natural.

CONCLUSION

We shall observe and contemplate our mental feelings as a witness without any like or dislike.
